Attach image files directly in your chat messages. When a file is attached, Zylon can analyze its content, and use it as context when responding.
Ask your IT administrator to enable the Multimodal capabilities in your system configuration with the Operator Manual.

What you can do with attachments

  • Ask questions about what’s shown in an image
  • Get explanations, summaries, or descriptions of visual content
  • Use files as context for problem-solving or decision-making
  • Combine files with text prompts for richer instructions

How to attach a file

  1. In the chat input, click the attachment (paperclip) icon. You can also drag & drop it.
  2. Select an image from your device
  3. Add your message(It is limited to 1 file per message)
  4. Send your message
The attachment button is located to the left of the source selector menu.

Limitations

  • Image understanding depends on clarity and resolution
  • Very large or complex images may produce less detailed results
  • Your model has to support image capabilities
  • Only one image is allowed per chat request
