Skills are ready-made instruction packs that teach Zylon’s assistant how to handle a specific task the same way every time — for example, formatting a spreadsheet a certain way, or summarizing a report with a fixed structure. As an admin, you can publish Skills at the organization level so every project can reuse them, instead of every team building its own from scratch.
Want to know what a Skill actually is and how people use one in chat? See Introduction to Skills.

Where to find it

Go to Admin → Skills. You’ll see every Skill currently published to your organization, along with its description and who created it. Organization skills list in the admin panel

Adding an organization Skill

  1. Click New Skill.
  2. Drag a Skill file onto the dropzone (a .zip, .skill, or SKILL.md file), or click Add Files to pick one from your device.
  3. Review the name and description Zylon detected from the file.
  4. Click Install to publish it to the organization.
Uploading a skill to the organization library
Only upload Skills from sources you trust. A Skill’s instructions run automatically whenever it’s used, so review its contents before publishing it for the whole organization.

Removing a Skill

Open the menu next to a Skill and select Delete. Keep in mind that removing an organization Skill also removes it from every project that has installed it.

What project teams can do with it

Once a Skill is published here, project admins can add it to their own project in a couple of clicks — see Installing an organization Skill. You don’t need to configure anything per project; publishing it here is enough to make it available everywhere.
